Gilbert Clock Co., Winsted, Conn, "Lebanon" walnut 8 day time, strike & alarm mantel clock, c1885
CONDITION:
the solid walnut case is in very nice condition but is missing its two teardrop finials. The paper dial and rear label have darkened and have some losses. The old glass is near perfect. Inside is the separate alarm works and its bell, a large gong and base, a fancy indicator pendulum, and the open spring movement with its winding stops that probably needs cleaning. Ht 20 1/2"
